Tom is professional and means business, he will fight for you!My fiance found Tom when I was in a serious pickle and he took care of absolutely everything we needed. I had a serious charge and he was able to reduce it from a felony to a misdemeanor with a small fine!If you ever need someone in your corner watching your back make sure it's Tom! He will go above and beyond and make everything as right as he can.

I was lucky enough to find Olsen law after my arrest last year. Tom Olsen referred me to Kaz Long, I have never dealt with a more diligent firm or individuals. If it wasn't for this firm I'm sure I'd be behind bars and I'd have never recovered my property. There was never a time I called Kaz and didn't get an immediate response. I've never felt like anything more then a client in the past and Olsen law showed me what it was like to be treated like family.

LOOK NO FURTHER - Mr Olsen is your guy. Being an out of state parent crossed my fingers when I called...not only did Tom immediately pick up but put me at ease and took the case. The staff is outstanding, any and all concerns addressed. The result at sentancing was better than I (we) could have ever hoped for. You'll be in great hands and if I could give 10 stars I would. Many thanks to Tom and staff.

Contacted Tom on a possible felony possession charge with marijuana and edibles, amongst three other minor violations. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the laws governing this, he also knows how the interpretation of the laws vary from county to county in Nebraska. He is also very calm and collected as is his staff. Upon meeting him, I immediately knew that I had contacted the right attorney. His staff is also very welcoming and respectful. All said and done, he got the possible felony reduced to an infraction charge and got two of the other three charges dropped. He saved us a ton of money and future hardships that could have occurred with a felony or a misdemeanor conviction. HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB AND IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN HIS CAREER. I highly recommend him as no one else could've done what he did for me. Call him immediately if you should find yourself in a similar situation.

If you're reading this, you're obviously in a tight spot and need the absolute best available. Stop looking, Tom Olsen NEEDS to be your representation. Mr. Olsen came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Some wrong choices and bad decisions landed me in a felony situation with little relief in sight. Through his tireless work, and seemingly endless relationships, he was able to get my charges reduced to a misdemeanor. He was also able to get me the minimums regarding fines, probation, even house arrest. Attorney Tom Olson is amazing at what he does! I am truly grateful that we found him and that he was the man representing my sons case in court.
